Lance McCullers and his wife, Kara, are trying to make the most of the offseason after a tough year on the mound for the Houston Astros pitcher. Kara McCullers shared her glamorous outfit on Instagram.
The snap posted on Thursday involved Kara clicking a mirror selfie in a dining room. She wore a black leather jacket and a black top over a glittery golden skirt. Pumpkins of various shapes and colours, in what seemed like Halloween decorations, were laid out on the table behind her.

Lance and Kara McCullers have been dating since their high school days at Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida. She has been a big support for her husband as he made his way to the big leagues, debuting in the 2015 season. The couple got married the same year.
Their two daughters complete their family. Their firstborn, Ava Rae, was born on December 27, 2019. On January 2, 2024, the couple announced that Kara had given birth to a second daughter, Isla Graye.
Earlier in the day, she posted a wholesome snap that showcased their endearing mother-daughter bond. In the story, her two daughters were playing around with colors.

The McCullers family was unfortunately on the receiving end of death threats earlier this year. It was later revealed that an angry bettor had let their emotions get the better of them after the Astros pitcher had earned seven runs in 0.1 innings in his second start of the season against the Cincinnati Reds on May 10.
Kara McCullers makes heartfelt comment on Correa family's outing
Kara McCullers is a close friend of fellow Astros slugger Carlos Correa's wife, Daniella. On Thursday, the latter shared a carousel post of her family's days in the offseason so far. Kara took to the comments to leave a sweet comment for the family.
"Amen, Love you all," she wrote.

Correa and McCullers made their debuts in the same season. After the 2021 campaign, Correa signed with the Minnesota Twins, but he was traded back to the Astros this year. While he was, McCullers was mostly sidelined due to injury, missing the 2023-24 season. After a 915-day absence, he returned this year and managed a 2-5 record with a 6.51 ERA.
