Not even a year has passed since Blake Snell signed a five-year, $182 million contract to join the LA Dodgers, and the southpaw has already won his first ring.

While Snell and his teammate, Tyler Glasnow, were celebrating in the locker room after winning this year's World Series, Glasnow made a brazen comment about how joining the team that beat them and the Tampa Bay Rays in the Fall Classic in 2020 has proven to be a fruitful decision.

Alongside baseball, Blake Snell is a passionate gamer, streaming regularly to Twitch. While he was streaming himself playing NBA 2K26 on Wednesday, a fan wrote about Glasnow's controversial comments in the live chat.

The message instantly caught Snell's eye, and the southpaw rejected the association with his teammate's comments. The baseball content page Talkin' Baseball posted about the incident on Instagram.

"I did not say that. Just know that," Blake Snell said.

A three-peat has taken place only four times in MLB history. Only two franchises -- the Oakland Athletics and the New York Yankees -- have ever accomplished the feat. The Yankees managed it thrice, the most recent being from 1998 to 2000.
