Gunnar Henderson's wife Katherine gives sneak peek of her sun-soaked tropical Caribbean getaway days after dreamy wedding with Orioles star

Gunnar Henderson and his wife, Katherine Lee, are enjoying their post-wedding vacation in Curacao in the southern Caribbean. Katherine shared photos from the trip on her Instagram story on Tuesday.

The first story captured Playa Marie Pampoen, a small sandy beach known for its calm waters. Another story highlighted a dessert course at a fine dining restaurant, featuring a sorbet shaped like a statue with a hint of culinary touch, a scoop of yellow ice cream in poached fruit.

Gunnar Henderson and Katherine tied the knot on Nov. 15 in Auburn, Alabama. On Tuesday, Katherine shared a blurred image of the wedding carousel on her Instagram. The bride and groom walked hand in hand in a candid shot of a fall wedding. Katherine wore a classic off-shoulder white flowing gown while Henderson dressed in a formal suit.

“SNEAK PEEK! THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!” Katherine captioned the post.

Gunnar Henderson's wife, Katherine, shared a post on Instagram with Jackson Holliday’s wife, Chloe, Ryan Mountcastle’s wife, Taylor, and Jordan Westburg’s wife, Anna.

"Quick trip to the big city to end the season!!! & yes, I cried!” Katherine captioned the post.

She wore a pink satin short dress. Holliday’s wife, Chloe, appreciated her look, saying:

“Okayyy in the DD dress!”

Katherine completed a professional doctorate in Pharmacy from Auburn in May. She quoted her seven-year journey in words,

“I won’t say it was always easy, but I will say it was all worth it!!”

Henderson debuted in MLB with the Baltimore Orioles in 2022 after which Katherine wrote a heartfelt note.

"I am so glad you get to live out your dream, and that I get to be your biggest fan while you do! You have worked so hard to get to where you are, and you deserve nothing less.”

Gunnar Henderson and Katherine have been together for six years. Henderson proposed to her in February 2024.
