While Edwin Diaz's future with the New York Mets hangs in the balance, the reliever and his wife, Nashaly, turned heads at the MLB Awards Night. The event took place on Wednesday at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas (3708 Las Vegas Blvd S., Las Vegas, NV 89109).Diaz posted several photos from the event, including a repost where he poses alongside Nashaly, Boston Red Sox legend Pedro Martinez, and his wife Carolina.For the event, Carolina wore a deep reddish-maroon long-sleeved top, and Martinez was in a formal suit of dark brown over a crisp white dress shirt. He is also wearing a classic black bow tie. Meanwhile, Diaz wore a suit jacket over a collared shirt and Nashaly is in a metallic brown gown."Latinos in the house," Martinez wrote.At the event, Diaz was also asked questions by reporters, one of which included his future with the Mets.
