The Los Angeles Dodgers took a 2-1 lead in the World Series after a marathon 18-inning clash against the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday at Dodger Stadium.
Last season's World Series MVP, Freddie Freeman, was the hero for the Dodgers as he smashed a walk-off home run to clinch a 6-5 win. Apart from Freeman, Dodgers two-way phenom, Shohei Ohtani was also one of the stars for the NL West team on Monday.
Ohtani reached base for a record nine times after going 4-for-4 at the plate and drawing five walks. His teammate Kike Hernandez paid tribute to the Japanese star by wearing a stylish knitted jersey with Ohtani's No. 17 on it.
Fans reacted to Hernandez's pre-game outfit for Tuesday's clash.
"Dude looks like somebody’s Auntie."
"I hate that he’s fine and swaggy."
"My dude looks like he just finished partying and went straight to game 4 lol."

"Looks like a new singer of an 80’s rock band that lost their frontman and now he has to take over vocals."
Hernandez went 2-for-5 during Monday's 18-inning contest, the joint longest in World Series history, driving in a run for the team. The veteran outfielder is chasing a third World Series ring with the team after returning on a one-year deal in the offseason.
