"All Andy Pages fault for running him over," the fan wrote.
"It is certainly disappointing for the fans who were looking forward to seeing him represent, but player health absolutely has to come first. That recovery is the most important game he has right now," one fan added.

"Yesterday Friday November 14th I had to repair my elbow extension muscle as I suffered a tear in Mayo and continuing to play with the urge to repeat as World Series Champion caused it to break the bone," Hernandez wrote.
"Rehab won't allow me to be ready in time to put on my uniform with Puerto Rico on my chest. I hope they understand. I LOVE THEM! 🇵🇷 #00949 #787 In the last picture you can see how the elbow was in the playoffs."

The Puerto Rican Baseball Federation has taken note of Kike Hernandez's latest injury and has asked him to prioritize his health. In 2025, the utilityman played 92 games, batting .203 with 10 home runs and 35 RBIs. In the end, he became a three-time World Series champion.
