Tony Khan might have an issue with a top AEW star after what happened at Blood & Guts. This week on AEW Blood & Guts, there were two matches of the same name, which took place on the show - one for the men and one for the women.Mercedes Mone, Marina Shafir, and Megan Bayne teamed up with the Triangle of Madness to face the team of Jamie Hayter, Harley Cameron, Mina Shirakawa, Kris Statlander, Toni Storm, and Willow Nightingale in the Women's Blood & Guts match. This match turned out to be amazing and got the fans on their feet. There were many incredible spots in the match.Thekla was also in top form during the match and showcased a dominant side of her that hasn't been seen previously. Given the brutal nature of the match, tensions were high between all the participants. Thekla even intentionally speared AEW referee Mike Posey during the match. However, this could land her in hot water with Tony Khan. Wrestlers are forbidden from intentionally laying their hands on officials. This is why Drew McIntyre was suspended on SmackDown after he hit the referee with a Claymore kick. Therefore, due to her actions at AEW Blood & Guts, it is likely that Tony will suspend the Toxic Spider.Vince Russo lashes out at Tony KhanEver since Tony Khan started AEW, he has worn many hats in the company. He acts as the CEO, booker, and also manages talent. Despite being busy, he has not hired other people who can handle some of these roles.Speaking on an episode of The Coach and Bro Show, Vince Russo said that Tony can't be helped because he doesn't want anyone's help. He also lashed out at the AEW boss for calling Dave Meltzer on his personal phone."You can’t help somebody that doesn't want help and Tony Khan has made it clear that he does not want help.
