One of AEW's top heels is currently out of commission due to an ear injury, as per reports. The star in question, Dralistico, may soon need to go under the knife, the rumors claim, if he has not already.
Having established himself through his work in CMLL and AAA, the masked luchador began making appearances for All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor from around 2022, where he joined forces with his brother, the formidable Rush, as a member of his unit, La Facción Ingobernable. He signed a multi-year deal with the Jacksonville-based promotion in late 2023, and has been featured on AEW and ROH programming regularly over the past couple of years.
Just some time earlier, news broke that Rush will be out of action due to a knee injury he had sustained, and which he had been working through until it deteriorated to the point of potentially requiring surgery. A similar report has emerged regarding Dralistico from Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer, noting that the star had suffered an injury to his ear in two separate matches. He had tried to power through the injury, just like his brother, until he was told that he would need to undergo surgery, which he has either already gone through or is about to in some time.

When was Dralistico last seen in action in AEW?
The last time he competed inside an All Elite Wrestling ring, Dralistico teamed with his LFI stable-mates Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos to take on the unit of Komander, Mark Briscoe and Roderick Strong in trios action on Fright Night AEW Collision. The 33-year-old luchador unfortunately ate the pinfall for his side after being planted by The Sussex County Chicken with a devastating Jay Driller.
Dralistico's sibling, Rush, on the other hand, was last seen in action on the November 15 edition of AEW Collision, where he and Guevara teamed with FTR unsuccessfully to battle Bandido, Juice Robinson and JetSpeed.
