Yesterday, it was announced by Reality of Wrestling that Sherilyn Guerrero would begin her professional wrestling training at the promotion's school in Texas. The 30-year-old will be carrying on the legacy of her father, the iconic Eddie Guerrero, and confirmed the beginning of her career inside the squared circle on her own X/Twitter profile.

Sherilyn's post soon elicited a response from AEW and WWE veteran Dustin Rhodes, who penned a heartfelt three-word message of encouragement for Guerrero, writing:

The Natural shared the ring with Eddie Guerrero at least on two occasions - in a ten-person tag bout on a July, 2002 episode of Monday Night RAW, and then in a standard two-on-two tag match days later on a house show, where Rhodes teamed with Booker T (incidentally, one of the founders of Reality of Wrestling) to defeat Eddie and Chris Benoit. However, the two legends do not seem to have ever squared off in singles action, at least on a major televised wrestling show.

AEW's Dustin Rhodes seemingly rules out a potential WWE return again

Dustin Rhodes has been missing from AEW programming since losing his TNT Championship to Kyle Fletcher on Collision this past July. The erstwhile Goldust has been on the mend from his double knee replacement surgery, which he underwent in August. The legend reportedly signed a long-term deal with the Tony Khan-led promotion a while ago, and is expected to be with the company for a long time. Despite that, fans quite frequently ask Rhodes about potentially returning to WWE for one final run.

When a user on X/Twitter inquired Dustin about the prospects of him going back to his old stomping grounds since Vince McMahon no longer works there, Rhodes reiterated that he is happy in AEW, and even claimed to have been undervalued by the Stamford-based company in the past, albeit having enjoyed playing the role of The Bizarre One.

"Nope. Why? So I can sit the bench and be miserable? Been under paid and under appreciated there. @AEW make me happy and don't get me wrong, Goldust was one of the funnest characters to play there."
