WWE Hall of Sting has retired from in-ring competition. However, he has just confirmed his next appearance.Sting is one of the greatest wrestlers to come out of WCW. He got his start in the defunct promotion where he first made a name for himself. After WCW shut its doors, The Icon moved to TNA Wrestling, where he wrestled for several years as one of their top stars and locker room leaders. Following this, he moved to WWE, where he was forced into early retirement due to an injury he suffered during a match with Seth Rollins. However, he returned to the ring after signing with AEW. He wrestled for Tony Khan's promotion for a few years before retiring in 2024. Since his retirement, he has stayed away from the ring but has made occasional appearances for the promotion.The WWE Hall of Famer has now taken to social media to confirm that he will be at Duke City Toys on December 13 between 11 am to 2 pm."SATURDAY: New appearance added for Albuquerque! The two legends shared the ring several times during their run in WCW. Flair was also part of The Icon's retirement match in 2024.During an interview with Going Ringside, The Icon said that Ric Flair put him on the map.“Oh, it’s got to be Ric Flair. Of course, it is Flair. The Nature Boy. Of course. He put me on the map. August—I’m sorry, it was July of 1990, world title for the first time. And then March of 1988, the very first world title match that I had that put me on the map," The Icon said.
