Therefore, Jim Ross recently praised the Samoan Submission Machine. He called the World Champion special and a gift to All Elite Wrestling.

“He (Samoa Joe)’s a warrior. He's special. He's the kind of guy—Tony Khan can't hire too many people like Samoa Joe. He's great, and he's a leader. I think the world of him. He’s a gift to AEW, without question,” said Jim Ross.
