Athena and TBS Champion Mercedes Mone recently allied and entered the ongoing Women's World Tag Team Championship tournament. They locked horns with Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron (Babes of Wrath) in the first round on this week's Dynamite. The former Ember Moon and the CEO were favourites to win this competition. However, they were eliminated after Cameron pinned the former NXT Women's Champion. This was an unexpected result, and fans are still in disbelief. Interestingly, a few hours ago, Tony Khan announced another high-profile match. Ring of Honor's official X handle revealed that Athena will defend her title against Harley Cameron in two weeks on ROH TV. The winner of this match will put her title on the line at ROH Final Battle 2025.
