Bryan Danielson shared a beautiful moment with his former rival, Eddie Kingston. The rivalry between Bryan and Eddie dates back to their time in Ring of Honor in 2006. After their multiple matches on independents, the two wrestled each other a number of times in AEW from 2021 to 2024.

This week on Dynamite: Winter is Coming, Eddie Kingston challenged Samoa Joe for the AEW World title in the main event. Following a hard-hitting and immense battle, Kingston failed to capture the World title as he tapped out to Joe. After the show went off the air, Kingston confronted Danielson on the commentary.

Bryan Danielson on whether he is fully retired

Bryan Danielson retired from full-time wrestling after AEW WrestleDream 2024. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Bryan was asked whether he is fully retired. Danielson said that he never considers himself fully retired:

"I hate the R word because I was forced to retire before. So I never consider myself fully retired. This is how I think, and this is how a lot of wrestlers think. Well, I think I could do this in this situation, if needed, or called upon, or whatever it is. But effectively for the Danielson that I used to be, yeah, that guy doesn’t exist anymore," Bryan stated.

Only time will tell if The American Dragon will return to the squared circle sooner rather than later.
