The leader of the Death Riders is coming off a disappointing loss to Kyle O'Reilly at Full Gear during their No-Holds-Barred match. Mox has not been in great form as of late, as he has submitted twice to O'Reilly this month alone, with the first instance being at Blood and Guts.

Jon Moxley is set to be a part of this year's Continental Classic under the Blue League. Tony Khan has just announced that tomorrow night on AEW Dynamite, he'll be in action against Mascara Dorada, who is making his tournament debut. This will be their first time facing off in singles competition.

What did Jon Moxley have to say after his loss at Full Gear?

At Full Gear, the Purveyor of Violence went to war against Kyle O'Reilly. Both men ended up all bloodied up and doing all they could to dish out pain and punishment to the other.

But in the end, the Violent Artist would end up getting the upper hand once more. Later on, Moxley and the Death Riders were spotted by cameras backstage, where he would address his loss. He claimed that all his enemies had only won the battle, but since they were all far from 100% after the war, this meant that he had the upper hand.

He claimed that they were celebrating the regular season wins, but they were only heading to the playoffs, and were all banged up. He looked to be making excuses for his major losses.

"The battle continues tomorrow, that's what the life is about man. Y'all celebrating the regular season, man. You don't look too good, it's a shame because the playoff's about to start," Moxley said. [H/T: WrestleTalk]

This is a crucial time for Jon Moxley, as he has faced a series of disappointments recently. He looks to make up for this at the Continental Classic, as the Death Riders may soon lose faith in him.
