The Samoan Submission Machine has captured the AEW World Championship for the second time at Full Gear. He defeated Hangman Page in a steel cage match. Hook was a major factor in the title change. He entered the cage to help the Cowboy. However, it was a ruse, and the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil ended up rejoining the Opps.Eddie Kingston, who returned in September, was aligned with Hook for the past couple of months. With the former FTW Champion turning heel, the Mad King called out Hook and Samoa Joe on last week's Dynamite. He then demanded a match against the Opps' Katsuyori Shibata. On the latest edition of Collision, he defeated Shibata and then asked for a title shot at the AEW World Champion.The two goliaths will collide at Winter is Coming, which is just a few weeks away.
