After losing the match, a returning Wardlow showed up and attacked Swerve and Prince Nana. Since then, the former World Champion has been absent from TV. However, at Full Gear 2025, after Samoa Joe won the World Championship from Hangman Page, Swerve made his shocking return. He entered the ring and attacked members of The Opps Dojo. However, three titles changed hands. Brodido defended the World Tag Team Titles against FTR in a hard-fought contest. In the end, FTR's experience proved too much for Brody King and Bandido as the former walked away with the titles.Kyle Fletcher defended the TNT Championship against Mark Briscoe in a high-stakes No Disqualification match. This was a brutal affair that resulted in both men being busted open. Despite Kyle's best efforts, Mark Briscoe was able to defeat him and walk away with the TNT Title.In the main event, Hangman Page defended the World Title against Samoa Joe in a Steel Cage match. During the bout, Katsuyori Shibata came out to interfere in the match, but he was stopped by Eddie Kingston. Powerhouse Hobbs also got involved in the bout until Hangman Page stopped him. However, Hook betrayed Page by hitting him with the title. This allowed Samoa Joe to pin him and win the AEW World Title.It will be interesting to watch the fallout from this show on Dynamite next week.
