Bayley is one of the most accomplished female wrestlers in WWE. She has held the WWE Women's Championship twice and the Women's World Championship twice. Furthermore, she's a former NXT Women's Champion. Once upon a time, the Role Model led a faction called Damage CTRL. Its first members were her, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. Kai was released by World Wrestling Entertainment this year. She has not wrestled since her stint in the Stamford-based company ended. However, a recent announcement confirmed her next match. Dakota Kai, who now goes by Charlie, will challenge the reigning Pro-Wrestling: EVE International Champion, Kris Statlander, on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Wrestle Queendom 8. Statlander is also the reigning AEW Women's World Champion. The former WWE star is evidently excited about her upcoming showdown. She shared the above update on X. Interestingly, she received a message from her former teammate, Bayley. "OMG OMGGGG," wrote the Hugger. It appears that the former Women's World Champion is excited for her friend. Hopefully, Kai's first match after months will be a success. Bayley on being pulled from WrestleMania 41Bayley was supposed to team up with Lyra Valkyria and challenge Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 41. However, she was replaced by Becky Lynch in the last moment. The Role Model recently opened up about this setback on the Six Feet Under podcast. She revealed that getting replaced was a bittersweet feeling. "It was rough; it was a little bittersweet. I became really close with Lyra [Valkyria] in real life. And so I was super excited for her to have her first WrestleMania…" she said. Tony Khan should sign the 36-year-old once her WWE contract expires. She would be a great fit in AEW, and she could also become AEW Women's World Champion someday.
