Despite working in rival promotions WWE and AEW, wrestling stars Bayley and Mercedes Moné share a very close relationship. The two stars were part of the legendary wrestling group, the Four Horsewomen of NXT. The two stars worked some stellar matches while coming up the ranks in NXT. They went on to have very successful careers on the main roster, winning multiple Women's titles. In fact, Bayley and Sasha Banks were the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The two friends have not appeared together since Moné walked out of the company in 2021 over creative differences. During a recent post on social media, Bayley posted a couple of pictures with the recent group of Lodestone Women. The entire endeavor is a passion project and a free three-day women's wrestling seminar organized by the Role Model in Orlando, Florida. The four-time Women's Champion has taken it upon herself to guide and train some of the younger women trying to make their name in the wrestling business. The post caught the attention of Mercedes Moné, and she commented that Bayley was doing some inspirational work. "So inspired by you 💙," Moné added Bayley spoke about her relationship with Mercedes MonéThe Role Model was a recent guest on the Undertaker's Six Feet Under podcast. During the show, Bayley spoke about her special bond with Mercedes Moné.She said that they were close because they understood each other and had similar motivations for joining the business. "Sami Zayn says it perfectly, like, we're the fans who took it too far, like we're the biggest fans that took it too far because we're actually doing it. This is one of the reasons why Mercedes and I got super close was because we were just like, you know, we can relate to it. Like, 'Oh my God! You were a 10-year-old and obsessed with wrestling?' So I have those relationships with a few of the girls in the locker room."Bayley added that she also shared a similar relationship with several other stars on the WWE roster.
