Mercedes Mone said goodbye to AEW backstage personality RJ City, who works behind the scenes as a writer in Tony Khan's promotion. He also hosted the popular "Hey! (EW)" show on YouTube. The show has now officially ended, so Mercedes was mocking RJ City by bidding him farewell.

On Instagram, Mone recently shared her picture in her story, where she is seen visiting the "Hey! (EW)" studio, but RJ City is nowhere to be seen. The CEO then wrote the following:

In the final episode of "Hey! (EW)," Renee Paquette, funnily enough, attacked RJ City. Mercedes actually visited the show after RJ got taken out by Renee, and that's why she saw no one in the studio.

Mercedes Mone is set for another title defense this weekend

While Mercedes Mone was on the rise by winning 13 title belts from across the world, she failed to capture the AEW Women's World Title from Kris Statlander at Full Gear 2025. The CEO also lost her ROH Women's World TV Title to Red Velvet at the Final Battle pay-per-view recently and now has 12 belts.

This Sunday at the RevPro Uprising event, Mercedes will defend her British Women's Championship against Rhio. Ahead of the match, Rhio predicted the downfall of Mone after she lost at Final Battle. Nonetheless, Mone told her to shut up on X.

Meanwhile, Mercedes still has the AEW TBS Title along with 11 other title belts. It remains to be seen whether Mone will be able to retain her RevPro title after her match with Rhio on December 14.
