A popular AEW star threatened to throw the WWE veteran, Dustin Rhodes, off the top while the veteran is out of action. The stars used to be tag team partners a few months back.Dustin Rhodes got a threat from the AEW star Sammy Guevara amid his absence from TV. Rhodes and Guevara formed a tag team together named "Sons of Texas" last year. The duo also held the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships for months before relinquishing them because Dustin got injured and had to undergo surgery.Following Dustin's exit, Sammy Guevara turned heel and joined the LFI faction. He also replaced Rhodes with Rush as his partner to capture the ROH Tag Team titles again. Taking to X, The Natural recently asked Tony Khan to add him to the Blood and Guts next year, as Khan said he misses him on TV:"Same! Next yr, put me in this, let me go first. 92' era feels!!" Dustin wrote.Sammy Guevara took notice of Dustin's request to be in the Blood and Guts and replied to Rhodes in his heel character. Taking to the X social media platform recently, Dustin provided a personal health update and said that he should be back by March next year:"They still hurt a bit, especially in the mornings. I do have a good ways to go. Remember I am 56 and pushing hard, just takes time. Not young anymore. Prob March I should be ready to kill everyone lol.
