"I do want to wrestle again"- 3-time WWE champion provides massive update on her in-ring status amid extended absence

A former WWE champion has provided an update regarding her in-ring status. She has been absent from the ring for a while.

Saraya is one of the best female wrestlers of all time. She first became a global superstar due to her time with WWE. However, an in-ring injury forced her into early retirement. The Anti-Diva would finally become medically cleared to wrestle after signing with AEW. She came out of retirement for a few years. However, after leaving Tony Khan's promotion, she has stayed out of the ring as she has focused on her other projects.

During a recent appearance on Daria & Toni Unwrapped, Saraya made it clear that she wants to wrestle again. She also noted that no one fully walks away from the ring. She said that it is very easy to get addicted to wrestling, the adrenaline rush, and the relationships one builds with the fans.

“I do want to wrestle again. You know, when it comes to wrestling, you understand this, right? You can never fully walk away from this f***ing sucker, dude. So when it comes to—like, you try—I mean, look at Ric Flair. He’s retired like 20 times, right? He’s always going to come back. You are so addicted to the feeling of wrestling, the adrenaline rush you get, the f**king relationships you build with the fans. You get addicted to that stuff… It’s something really cool that you can go in the ring and make people feel the way you want to.”

The former WWE star further compared wrestling to a theater show where the wrestlers are able to control the crowd's emotions.

“It sounds weird, like ‘Oh, I love controlling your feelings.’ But no, it’s like going to a theater show… being like, ‘Oh my god, I’m watching Pirates of Penzance, I’m crying my eyes out.’ You know what I mean?”

Former WWE star Saraya made a candid confession

Saraya is known for being very outspoken. Whether during interviews or online interactions with fans, she isn't afraid to voice her opinion. Similarly, she isn't shy about her private life either.

During the same podcast episode, the former WWE star said that she has had s**ual experiences with men and women. She also noted that she's never had a bad experience with women.

"And you know what? I feel like we’re good people. Women know how to touch each other because we know how we like to be touched.... So, it’s like as much as like, you know, I’ve obviously been with men that have like been really good, but there’s a lot of men that haven’t been very good.....Women just know how to just instinctively… they just know how to touch pretty much straight out of the gate. Like women, I’ve never had a bad experience."

It will be interesting to see if Saraya will ever step back inside a ring again.
