That star is Satnam Singh. An Indian professional basketball player turned pro wrestler who stands at a towering 7 feet 4 inches tall and is only 29 years old. Satnam kick-started his career in pro-wrestling by joining the Jacksonville-based promotion back in 2021, and although he initially looked inexperienced and out of his depth, Satnam made drastic improvements over the years and became a familiar face on AEW's sister promotion, ROH, alongside Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal.

AEW star Satnam Singh recently underwent a major surgery

A few months ago, Satnam Singh underwent major surgery for an undisclosed medical issue. The injury kept him out of action for months, and the 7 ft 4 in star shared a positive update on social media after the procedure.

Taking to Instagram, the Indian wrestler posted a photo of himself, all bandaged up, but smiling, and calling the surgery a "GIANT" success. Funnily enough, in the photo, it was clear that his hospital bed was too small for him, a situation Singh found humorous.

"Surgery was a GIANT success 🙏 The hospital bed was not, 😂" wrote Satnam Singh.

With Satnam now set to return to ROH, it will be interesting to see if fans will have the chance to see the star on AEW programming at some point in the future.
