Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Vince Russo explained how Chris Jericho can make his return to All Elite Wrestling. Y2J's last appearance in AEW was on April 6, 2024, where he lost his ROH World Title to Bandido. He has been absent since then, and fans believe that could be the final appearance of the legend in the Jacksonville-based promotion.

Speaking on Writing with Russo, the WWE veteran said that Jericho will make his return to AEW for a special appearance only. He believes Y2J is not going to come back because of being involved in a mediocre storyline in the company. Therefore, it is likely that The Learning Tree will be a focal point if he continues with All Elite Wrestling.
