The show was arguably flawless from start to end.The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) locked horns with Timeless Love Bombs ("Timeless" Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) in the above show. This match was the finals of the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship. The Babes of Wrath vs. Timeless Love Bombs was a captivating match, and after a grueling effort, the former pinned the latter and became the inaugural AEW Women's World Tag Team Champions. Shirakawa was heartbroken by this loss, and a few hours back, she released an emotional statement on Instagram. The Japanese star wrote that she and Storm wanted to create history, but they fell short. However, she has no intention to give up. She is confident that she and her tag team partner will certainly become AEW Women's World Tag Team Champions someday. "The title of the first-ever champion is something that will be remembered forever. I wanted us to be the ones to make that history. I always fall just one step short of reaching the belt. But I’ll face this pain head-on, and Toni and I will definitely take that championship. Never give up," she wrote.
