Tony Khan has worn many hats ever since he launched AEW in 2019. He has played the role of booker and CEO, which is impressive given that he is also involved with Fulham FC and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Despite this, he managed to stay on top of things in All Elite Wrestling. He even managed to renew his TV deal with Warner Bros. However, the company just faced a major setback.

According to Programming Insider, the October 25th episode of AEW Collision only managed to draw 228,000 viewers on TNT. This number is way down from the 400,00 viewers the show drew on October 15, which took place after Dynamite. The October 11 episode of Collision, which was the last episode to air on a Saturday, drew 286,000 viewers. This week's show drew a poor rating of 0.04 in the 18 to 49 demographic, while the October 15th episode had a rating of 0.11 and the October 11th episode had a rating of 0.06.

Vince Russo called out Tony Khan for recent statement

AEW has been struggling to sell out arenas even though their ticket prices are much cheaper than WWE's. Tony Khan even once said that AEW's ticket prices are family-friendly. However, this statement didn't sit well with a former WWE writer.

Speaking on an episode of Writing with Russo, Vince Russo said that Tony can't call the ticket prices family-friendly when the shows aren't. He noted that the most dangerous spots seen on his company's shows aren't suitable for families.

"You can't have Moxley matches with cheese graters, ripping ears, and drowning people in a fish tank. The spikes in the head, the Darby Allin spot in the last Sting match. Bro, you can't have this type of programming and then have Tony Khan go out and say, Oh, we're trying to keep our ticket prices family-friendly. That right there, Tony, they're going to bury you," Russo said.

It remains to be seen if Tony will take any steps to improve his viewership this week.
