Mercedes Mone continues to ascend the ladder of AEW with her in-ring performances. This week on their television programming, it was no different as the former WWE superstar etched a significant victory to her resume. On the November 19 edition of AEW Collision, interim ROH Women's World Television Champion Mercedes Mone and the reigning Television Champion Red Velvet squared off in an epic showdown to crown a sole champion. The CEO had her hometown crowd of Boston, Massachusetts, firmly in her corner. At the same time, Mone's Full Gear 2025 opponent, the AEW Women's World Champion Kris Statlander, was on commentary to observe the action. Both competitors competed in an evenly matched back-and-forth contest with the stakes being higher than ever. The match also saw Mone mock Statlander by lifting both ROH titles in front of her and then tossing Red Velvet straight into Statlander. As Statlander stood up on the apron, the official tried to stop her, leading to Velvet pulling off an Eddie Guerrero move on Mone, who had been inspired by her all her life. The action continued inside the ring as The CEO regained control and even showed the finger to Statlander, who showed it right back to her.The two ROH champions left it all inside the ring, pulling out power-packed moves and incredible spots, leading the fans to chant 'This is Awesome.' As it approached the final moments, Mercedes Mone performed a Super Lung Blower on Velvet from the top rope and pinned her to become the Undisputed ROH Women's World Television Champion. She immediately rolled out of the ring and posed by standing on the announcer's desk as Kris Statlander looked. At that very moment, Mercedes Mone jumped from the desk onto Statlander with the Meteora and locked her in a submission outside the ring. The show ended with a shot of The Ultimo Mone posing with the AEW Women's World Championship as her match against Statlander draws near this Saturday at Full Gear 2025.
