AEW star Claudio Castagnoli recently shared some bold words about the Death Riders. The star is a prominent member of the faction. The Death Riders have become a major heel faction in AEW. Emerging from the remnants of the Blackpool Combat Club after kicking out Bryan Danielson, the group was a dominant force on the roster. However, Moxley lost the AEW World Championship in July, and the group has also taken some major losses of late.During a recent interview with the Wrestling Republic, Claudio Castagnoli mentioned that he shared the same vision as Moxley on what the group should be. He felt that their ambitions were limited in the Blackpool Combat Club. He made it clear that such limitations did not apply to the Riders."You know, it is a vision from Jon Moxley that I share that we have the exact same mindset on, and that is elevating every single person that we come in contact with and making AEW the best place possible. It’s essentially that you step up, or, I mean, it’s almost what we used to say in the Blackpool Combat Club. But while that has its limits, I feel like Death Rider, there’s no limit to it. We just don’t have time for people who don’t want to put in the work, who don’t want to, you know, do what is necessary, and we both share that vision."
