One of AEW's original top stars and former champions, Chris Jericho, will be hitting the stage soon at an upcoming non-wrestling event. The appearance will take place amid rumors about The Learning Tree's potential All Elite Wrestling departure and subsequent WWE jump.Earlier this year, Chris Jericho liked a social media post noting the expiration of his All Elite Wrestling contract at the end of 2025, and the possibility of him returning to the sports entertainment juggernaut afterwards. Subsequently, rumors began circulating that the veteran's time in AEW was potentially coming to an end soon.Recent reports claim that WWE may be offering Y2J a retirement run. Considering his continued on-screen hiatus in AEW, and even some of his recent interview remarks in that context, his crossing over seems like an increasingly likely possibility. While away from the squared circle, Jericho has been occupied with various non-wrestling projects and appearances. The inaugural All Elite Wrestling World Champion is scheduled to perform alongside his band Kuarantine this very Saturday, December 6, in Reading, PA.Poster for Kuarantine's upcoming performance featuring Chris Jericho [Source: joeycassata on Instagram] View this post on Instagram Instagram PostJericho was last seen on AEW programming this past April, when he walked out on his former students Big Bill and Bryan Keith after lashing out at them over his ROH World Title loss.AEW CEO Tony Khan on Chris Jericho's retirementLate last month, Tony Khan appeared in an interview with Adam's Apple NYC, where he was asked about Chris Jericho's future.
