The multi-time world champion has not been seen in the ring in almost seven months. His last appearance was for AEW Dynasty back in April, where he lost the ROH World Championship to Bandido. He has since then only made appearances at music events with his band, as well as at other conventions and major signing events.

Fozzy has just announced that they will be part of this year's Sonic Temple Festival in Columbus, Ohio. The band will be playing during Day 1 on May 14th. Fans will get to catch Chris Jericho in his element away from the ring as he is set to perform at the same event as some of the top rock bands in the industry.

Several companies, apart from WWE and AEW, are interested in Chris Jericho

A major discussion surrounding The Nueve is his future in wrestling. His contract is set to expire by the end of 2025, and there has been no indication yet of where he will be headed next. There have been heavy rumors and speculation regarding a return to WWE should he choose not to re-sign with AEW.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has reported that, aside from the two major wrestling juggernauts, at least two other major companies, on a national or global level, are interested in bringing Chris Jericho in.

“In addition to WWE, there are at least two other companies on a national/global level who are interested in having Jericho appear for their show. AEW is also in there. That doesn’t include AEW. So, there’s WWE, AEW, and at least two other national-size promotions.” [H/T RSN]
