2-time WWE Champion is 'p***ed' with AEW booking, Konnan claims: "He knows he's not being used right"

Wrestling veteran Konnan claimed that a former WWE World Champion is unhappy with his booking in AEW. The star has been a member of a top faction ever since arriving in Tony Khan's promotion.

Two-time WWE World Champion Bobby Lashley is unhappy in AEW, according to Konnan. The Almighty arrived in All Elite Wrestling last year as a member of The Hurt Syndicate alongside Shelton Benjamin and MVP. Bobby and Shelton also dominated as the World Tag Team Champions for months.

There has been discussion online lately about Bobby potentially getting a singles main-event push in AEW. Konnan believes Lashley is dejected with his current booking.

Speaking on his K100 podcast, Konnan recalled working with Bobby Lashley in TNA and AAA, while claiming that he is not being used right in AEW:

"I've worked with [Bobby] Lashley in TNA, and I've worked with him in Mexico and AAA. The guy is intelligent, articulate, professional, and very easy to work with, the real deal. He is a top guy bro, and he is probably p***ed I would think that they have him in this thing with Shelton [Benjamin] even though Shelton and MVP are his boys, they are not really top guys you know what I'm saying? So, I think he knows he's not being used right," Konnan claimed.

Jim Cornette thinks the former WWE Superstar could be in AEW main event

Wrestling veteran Jim Cornette recently reflected on former WWE Superstar Bobby Lashley being a potential main eventer in AEW. Speaking on his The Experience podcast, Cornette said Bobby has credibility to be in the main events:

"Bobby Lashley, one would agree. He's a Main Event guy. He's a former WWE Champion, the people like the Hurt Syndicate. He's got credibility. Used properly, one would think he could be in the main events," Cornette said.

Meanwhile, Lashley is a prominent member of The Hurt Syndicate and only time will tell what's next for him in AEW.
